A cellular automaton simulating the growth of a snowflake (Packard snowflake model).
To simulate a hexagonal grid on an ASCII square grid, we use a 6-neighbor rule. A cell freezes into ice (`*`) if it has exactly 1 frozen neighbor. The resulting fractal exhibits perfect 6-fold radial symmetry.
