Reaction-Diffusion (Gray-Scott Model)

A classic Turing Pattern generator simulating two virtual chemicals (A and B) reacting and diffusing across a space. Chemical A is added at a given feed rate, and B is removed at a given kill rate. Two B molecules catalyze one A into a B.

Click on the canvas to drop a cluster of Chemical B and watch it grow into complex, organic labyrinthine patterns or spots. This process drives biological morphogenesis (how leopards get their spots).

A pure ALife demonstration of order emerging from chemical chaos.
