A 2D physics model of tissue growth adapted for a text grid. Cells (O) slowly grow by accumulating energy.
When they reach a threshold size, they undergo mitosis, splitting into two daughter cells.
A repulsive force mimics physical cell membranes, pushing cells apart to form tightly packed structures resembling real biological tissue.
